Shipping

UK delivery

• Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days.
• Free shipping when you order two or more bottles.
• Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday.

International shipping

At this time, we only ship within the UK, Ireland and Wales.

Returns

We want you to feel confident trying SiWell.

• Unopened, unused bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• To start a return, email hello@siwell.co.uk with your order number.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note: As SiWell is a consumable product, we’re unable to accept returns of opened bottles unless there is a clear quality issue.
