FAQ
What is SiWell?
SiWell is a liquid food supplement providing orthosilicic acid – a bioavailable form of silicon – together with zinc, selenium and boron in a precise daily dose.
Why take silica instead of just collagen?
Silicon plays a supporting role in the body’s collagen formation process.
If silica intake is low, adding collagen alone may not fully support the body’s own production — which is why some people choose to support both.
Is SiWell the same as collagen?
No. SiWell does not contain collagen. It supports the body's own collagen formation and connective tissue structure through its mineral components.
How do I take it?
Take 10 drops daily, ideally at the same time each day. You can add it to a small glass of water or juice, or take it directly.
When might I notice a difference?
Most nutritional supplements work gradually. In human research with orthosilicic acid, changes in skin, hair and nails were observed after around 8-12 weeks of daily use.
Is it safe for long-term use?
The daily amounts of silicon, zinc, selenium and boron in SiWell are all below levels reviewed as safe for long-term intake in adults by European scientific committees.
Can I take it with other supplements?
SiWell is designed to sit alongside a normal diet and common supplements. If you are taking medication, are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical supervision, speak to your healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.
Is it vegan?
Yes. SiWell contains no animal-derived ingredients.
Where is it made?
SiWell is manufactured in the EU using ingredients permitted for use in food supplements under Commission Regulation (EC) No 1170/2009
